Meta_AnnotationComment

An AnnotationComment contains a text comment made on an Annotation.

enum IDX

Idx_Enabled	bool - Enabled state of the comment (visibility)
Idx_CreatedBy	string - Name of the user who created the comment (same rules as Meta_Annotation::Idx_CreatedBy)
Idx_CreatedByVisible	bool - Whether to display the comment author names on comment headers in the scene
Idx_Comment	string - Text content of the comment
Idx_Billboard	Unused.
